How does Eden control credit spend?
Eden starts supervised, then runs permitted actions inside credit ceilings, veto windows, and prompt-injection defenses.
Eden starts supervised. For a new kind of spend/write action, it asks once with an honest ballpark estimate, a credit ceiling, and a policy.
When you grant the permission, Eden can repeat that action inside the ceiling you set. Estimates are intentionally framed as ballparks because actual usage can vary and some operations may spawn additional enrichment work. You can revoke a permission at any time.
PromptEden also has a three-layer prompt-injection defense:
- Outside content such as AI answers and scraped pages is marked untrusted.
- A proposal tainted by untrusted content is withheld.
- Even a permitted action is re-checked at execution time.
Untrusted content can never trigger an unpermitted action.
