PromptEden sets up monitors for the prompts your buyers actually ask. On a schedule, daily on most plans, as often as every three hours on Business, it runs those prompts across the major AI assistants and captures the full response, with provider, model, and timestamp.
From each captured answer it extracts:
- Your brand and how prominently it appears.
- Competitors, including ones you didn't list. Organic brand detection auto-discovers rivals mentioned alongside you.
- The sources the assistant cited.
Because AI answers vary, PromptEden samples each prompt repeatedly and reports rates and trends, so a single off response doesn't skew the picture.
